Cerri Hotel - Trapani

had an amazing summer holiday in trapani, cerri hotel exceeded expectations! staff were so helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect near the harbour. couldn't have asked for more!

Location was great, just 20 miles to old town. No complaints with the hotel. A good choice for exploring Trapani...

Pretty new and so rooms still smart. The mainly female staff generally spoke good english and were helpful. Breakfast is pretty good compared to most continental hotels, and replenished right up to the 10 o'clock cut off.

If you are staying more than a couple of nights some minor things are irritating. The beds are very hard, and I don't mean firm, I mean hard.The hotel is noisy due to its stark modern design. Two nights in a row we had noise in the early hours from families arriving late. It sounded as if the kids were running up and down the corridors shouting though I expect they weren't - the noise was just amplified by the minimalist design. There were no English channels available on the tv, nor cnn. I had booked a double room and asked for twin beds for myself and my daughter. I was given a triple which was nice because it was large but they couldn't or wouldn't make up the double as 2 separate beds even when I explained that the person in the single bed in a corner of the room had no bedside table or light. Some of the housekeeping seems a bit stingy. Breakfast should have included proper fruit juice not squash. The bathroom had one plastic cup despite 2 people occupying the room, and I took it into the bedroom for taking tablets. No replacement appeared during our 6 day stay. Same for toiletries. On our last day the toilet roll was running out and instead of a new unopened one being left, a part used one appeared on the spare holder. Don't expect a lively bar. Never saw anyone having a drink and it wasn't very inviting anyway, so if it's chucking it down outside as it did when we stayed, there wasn't anything to do in the hotel.,

The rooms at Cerri Hotel in Trapani are absolutely fantastic! They are so bright and spacious, with a modern and elegant style. I loved that almost all of the rooms have a private balcony, where I could enjoy stunning views of the sea or the charming town. And the best part? Each room is equipped with all the comforts I needed, like a cozy bathroom with a refreshing shower, satellite TV to relax in the evenings, and even free wired internet to stay connected. As a guest who appreciates comfort and a touch of luxury, I couldn't have asked for more!

Personally, I found everything at Cerri Hotel to be perfect, but for some, the modern and refined taste of the rooms may not be their cup of tea. However, everyone has different preferences, and I'm sure others might still find enjoyment in the design.

One of the best hotels we have ever been. Spacious room, friendly staff, good location: close to everything., very homely atmosphere.

A bit difficult to find. It is possible that such difficulty can be avoided if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel (and not the street signs or navigator).

Good value for money. Good location. Staff has good knowledge of English. Large and confortable rooms. Clean. No noise from the street.

The breakfast could be better. There was not enough savoury choice, too many sweet things.

The hotel was quite new and the rooms were big, comfortable and nice.

The staff was very helpfull ( we had a flat tire and our luggage was lost at the airport.

This hotel is in a great location, close to some good restaurants and the port. I really enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and explore the area easily. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely mountain view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was pleasant. The breakfast provided was good, with a variety of options to choose from.

Location near port, though it was a bit difficult to find at first. Spacious room. Friendly staff.

We paid 10 euro extra per night for sea view, but had expected more of that: the building in front of ours was half blocking it. We stayed on the second floor, I think if you stay on the top floor, it would be worth it. Quite noisy hotel, if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod due to its convenient event space and small meeting rooms. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. The location near the shore and city center made it easy to explore during breaks. a great choice for business purposes.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to printers and other office equipment.

Lovely modern hotel set on a height with some rooms overlooking the harbour. Very courteous staff at reception. Breakfast choice was very good and an option to sit outside under a parasol enclosed area. Very pleasant experience.

It was near from the beach and directly in the city center

The room was not clean (the floor) and it was quite amazing for the price. The wi-fi did not work
